Synopsis

What do you get when you cross an abused wife, a bar owner, and two rival motorcycle gangs? You get on heck of a story.

Sky: Being married to Mike (Griller), is not an easy life. Overtime things have gotten worse and Sky does not know how to escape. Working as a nurse’s aide at a retirement community is the highlight of her day, especially when Ace gets his weekly visitor, Jax. She knows it’s wrong to like him but with how her home life is, it’s hard not to.

Jax: After having a hard childhood and making some poor decisions, Jax finally has his life on track. Owning a bar with his business partner, Jax finally has the life he wants, but not the girl he wants. Going to visit Ace weekly has turned into the best part of this week because that is when he gets to see her, Sky. He knows Sky is married but he also knows her husband is a bad man. Jax wants to save Sky, but can you save someone who isn’t ready to be saved?

I really enjoyed Jax and Sky’s story. I have to admit, when I started reading and saw the Sky was married, I was a bit leery of the book because I am not really a fan of books that involve cheating. But as the story went on, I was okay with how it was portrayed in the book.

I would recommend this book to someone and I can’t wait to get Ian’s story!!
