The Day She Cried

Blurb:

She was my first love.
She was my first hate.
The very sun in my world tried to burn me alive with her lies and cruelty.
Until I dimmed her light for good…
Or so I thought.

Now she’s back.
Cracked. Broken. Lost.
And for the first time in a long time, I feel free.
Free from our past. Free from my present that suffocates me. Free to destroy her future.

Her misery is my music.
Thrilling. Invigorating. Intoxicating.

For so long, all I’ve done is hate her.
So why do I love her?

My Review:

5 Stars

This is not your typical K.Webster book. But once you understand the story, you understand why.

Raven is a loner. She is quiet and awkward.

Courtney is a popular cheerleader. She is a follower not a leader.

Rome is Raven’s twin brother. He is a loner, like his sister, but he also gives off dark vibes.

What happens when lies are told and it costs someone their life?

What happens when someone decides to get revenge but that revenge doesn’t turn out the way they think it is going to?

What happens when the truth comes out and it goes much deeper than anyone every thought?

Like I said above, this is not your typical K. Webster book. This book has an underlying message. This story goes deeper than I would have imagined. This book makes you think and it touched my heart.

K. Webster wrote this book because of online bullying. She experienced online bullying from others and not only did it affect her career but her character.

Online bullying is no joke. It is painful and hurtful and can change someones life.

You need to think before you talk or type. Think about how what you are about to say is going to affect that person. Think about how it could change their lives. Especially if you are a person that has a large following on social media. Think about what your “sheep” are going to say and do when they see what you write.

You are responsible for your words. Sometimes “Sorry” isn’t enough.

K. Webster, you are loved by your readers. No matter what anyone else says, we have your back. We are there for you and we will always be there for you!
