Demons

Blurb:

Trigger…

I thought the light would bring redemption.

Salvation.

But it only brought the Devil to my doorstep.

My demons are breaking through, and the reaper is moving closer.

My weakness has been exposed, and there’s only one person who can calm this hell…

Tess…

I broke a promise to myself, and now I’m paying for it.

I don’t want to be here. I don’t want to be a part of this hell.

But I don’t have a choice…

The reaper is riding bitch on our backs.

DISCLAIMER to add to online listings:

This is Book 2 in the Devil’s Reach trilogy, and it ends with a cliffhanger. Intended for readers 18 or older. May contain…triggers.

My Review:

This book starts with a bang and stays strong the entire time!
In the second book in the Devil’s Reach Trilogy, you learn much more about Tess’s history and more about Trigger’s past. Both have had rough up-bringing’s but those tough times make them who they are today.trigger 2
Demon’s is darker than Trigger. It’s gory, dark, amazing, shocking, almost any word you can think of you will find or feel while reading this book.
This book will shock you. It will make you think “NO WAY” or “WHY DID I NOT SEE THAT”.
If you have read other J.L. Drake books, you will get to see some old favorites in this book.
This book does end with a cliffhanger, DARN YOU J.L. DRAKE!!!
But I am so excited and so ready for the third and final book in this trilogy!

  1. I’ve wanted to read Trigger for a while. But, I thought I could wait for the next book so I wouldn’t have the torture of a cliffhanger. Guess I’ll have to wait a bit longer. 😦
