My Review: 4 stars

Who doesn’t love a romance that isn’t supposed to happen. I know I do.

Maya is a Detroit detective and has worked hard to get where she is. When Maya is sent undercover to bust a drug operation, she never in a million years would have thought she would fall for the bad boy, drug dealer.

Ben (Pac) isn’t the most upstanding citizen. Helping run a drug operation with the man who is like a dad to him is something he might not want to do but he feels obligated to do it.

When Maya becomes a dealer for Ben, he is instantly taken with her. He knows something is off about her but doesn’t know what it is.

What happens when the truth comes out? Will Ben be there to protect Maya or will she be on her own? Will Ben forgive her for lying to him?

This was a really good story. I really enjoyed the story line and I love a good romance that is forbidden!
